Rules for the RuggedTub^Ⓡ Survey Draw

This offer is open to all purchasers of RuggedTub^Ⓡ products in Canada and USA.
Limit of one entry per purchase.
Participants will only be included in the draw that follows their date of entry.
The recipient of the offer will be drawn at random from the entries for each period. The closing dates are January 15^th and July 15^th of each year until the offer ends.
The $100 will be issued in the currency of the country in which the recipient resides and will be paid via a gift card of the recipient’s choice.
The draw will be held within 7 days of the closing date and the recipient will be notified by email and by phone. If the recipient has not responded within 30 days of notification, the recipient will forfeit and another draw will be held.
The information collected in the RuggedTub^Ⓡ Survey will be used solely and exclusively for the purposes of Technoform Industries Ltd. / RuggedTub^Ⓡ marketing department and will not be sold or distributed for any other purpose.
Technoform Industries Ltd. / RuggedTub^Ⓡ may modify or withdraw this offer at any time, without notice.
